The US military pier off the coast of Gaza is set to be permanently removed as soon as next week, according to four US officials, after it is reconnected one more time to deliver any remaining humanitarian aid in Cyprus and on the floating dock several miles offshore.
The $230 million temporary pier operation, which has been plagued with problems since its inception, has been at the Israeli port of Ashdod for nearly two weeks because the Pentagon decided sea conditions were too rough for it to operate. Last month marked the third time that the pier has been disconnected from Gaza because of inclement weather.

The bigger issue on this for me:
The total amount of humanitarian aid during its existence was just less than 1 day's worth by land which is needed but Israel refuses to let in because part of their diabolical genocide includes starving the people of Gaza. Depriving them of water, fuel, electricity, education for all youth. Homes/shelter. Basic necessities. Mostly children and women being subjected to these horrific conditions, while tens of thousands are killed and many more injured, causing nigthmarish, permanent psychological damage to children and their parents that can't stop Israel from doing it to their children.
To parents out there. How would you feel if your child's life was defined by this growing up and you were completely powerless to do anything about it?
And there was 1 state sponsored source doing this to your family and those around you INTENTIONALLY?
You can take this to the bank. Israel has massively increased the most intense hatred for Israel by at least an order of magnitude with its 9 month of ethnic cleansing in Gaza.
It has doubled to tripled the antisemitism in the world.
It has massively increased the incentive of people that want Israel and its arms supplier and enabler, the US to pay a price with huge terrorist plots to hurt us taking place right now.

More information available than ever in history for Americans to learn and find out the objective truths about everything that exists.
The sad reality is that instead of using it for that, most people just go to all the places/people that tell them what they want to hear/read.
They avoid places/people that tell them truths they don't want to be true.
And all those places/people/sources/gatekeepers know it and exploit it to the max FOR THEIR SELF SERVING INTERESTS.
The truth no longer matters in 2024. What matters is how effectively you can sell the manufactured realities with convincing sounding marketing schemes.
This defines politics. This defines most of the media. We're just a bunch of sheeple with severe cognitive/confirmation bias that we embrace by going to echo chambers to form tribes of like minded, biased people just like us who get energized most with ideas that involve destroying the tribes of people that disagree with us.
