The Hungarian Prime Minister also stated that Western leaders want war because they see that Russia can now be defeated. Orbán believes they are determined to engage in direct armed conflict. He insisted that this is a psychosis, with "one source in Washington, and another in Brussels."
Saying amen should be meaningful to you. You should not say it just because everyone around you does. We all need to listen very intently to the prayer, and be certain that you can agree with what is being said. Then, by saying amen, you can make “the substance of what is uttered, your own.” Then God can hear the united voice of His people coming up to His very throne.
I hope that the next time you say amen, it will have a much better and clearer meaning to you.

Pope calls for the 'courage of the white flag,' negotiation, in Ukraine

Pope Francis' use of the term "white flag" while speaking in an interview about the war in Ukraine has raised questions, which the Vatican press office tried to explain. The pope's hope "is for a diplomatic solution for a just and lasting peace," said Matteo Bruni, director of the Vatican press office.
Asked in an interview whether Ukraine should surrender and if doing so would legitimize the actions of the stronger power, the pope said that "the strongest one is the one who looks at the situation, thinks about the people and has the courage of the white flag, and negotiates."

What the Pope Has Said About Russia's Invasion of Ukraine
In an interview published in June last year, the pontiff told Jesuit magazine La Civiltà Cattolica that the war was "perhaps somehow provoked" and recalled a conversation he had before the war where someone had told him that NATO was "barking at the gates of Russia."
While Francis criticized the "ferocity and cruelty of the Russian troops," he also appeared to warn against framing the war in black-and-white terms.
"We need to move away from the usual Little Red Riding Hood pattern, in that Little Red Riding Hood was good and the wolf was the bad one," Francis said. "Something global is emerging and the elements are very much entwined."
The pontiff has repeatedly called for peace in Ukraine, including in his 2022 Easter message where he said: "Let there be a decision for peace. May there be an end to the flexing of muscles while people are suffering. Please, please, let us not get used to war."
Pope Francis has previously stopped short of laying the blame for the war on Putin, saying in March that the conflict was fueled by "imperial interests, not just of the Russian empire, but of empires from elsewhere."
The media constantly refers to this group as the "pro Putin" block to vilify them.
It's NATO that wants to make this all about destroying Putin/Russia. I'm against NATO's diabolical tactics based on all the proven, authentic facts, including nothing but massive losses for Ukraine and US tax payers.

He's absolutely correct. How can Ukraine reconstruct, when their NATO/Zelensky/Biden policy is a never ending war with Russia that ensures more decimation of their corrupt country......instead of peace and healing!
Unfortunately, elite humans today that act as gatekeepers in power and making important decisions WITHOUT AI continue to blatantly show they do NOT care about humanity.
Power, wealth, political agenda and winning get MUCH more weighting than individual human beings being impacted.
There's no reason to think that they will suddenly stop using every advantage to acquire those things and every reason to ASSUME they will exploit AI to their advantage.
Hoping people like I just described that control much of the world will use AI in an ethical manner would be hoping that they suddenly acquire a conscience.
