Lawrence O’Donnell (MSNBC) explained in detail on Thu night why neither the mass deportations nor the tariffs will occur:
1) Huge tariffs: He’ll be convinced by those with much more knowledge about these causing major inflation to not actually go through with them. He’ll then instead say that just the threat of tariffs worked because that would convince China to be a “fair trading partner with the U.S.”
2) Mass deport.: The # of LEOs in the US would have to triple and none of the new ones would be able to do the normal LEO job of protecting us. They’d have to spend 6 times the entire DOJ budget! None of this is doable. Thus it can’t and won’t happen.

Again, Trump was hired to do a job. Number 1 was the economy and number 2 was the border. Trump has proven he has the policy to help both. And now the left is shocked. mortified, scared shitless that he will attempt either or even worse for God's sake, succeed. Just think if Trump with no help at all from the crazy libs, got us started down the long hard road of really reforming the FBI, DOJ,CIA. IRS and every other bloated and mostly corrupt government agencies. Put a real dent in national debt got the border, the drugs and human trafficking under control. Reeled in inflation, raised actual take pay for ordinary Americans on and on and on, there is so much to do. Not to mention the foreign policy mess Biden/ Harris have left us.
So the bottom line is right in front of us. Biden?harris created one of the most difficult messes left in history and now we have to clean it up.
And where a guy like a msnbc knuckle head ever figures into this equation I will never understand.

Good points about tariffs and being able to deport all the illegal people in our country which is impossible.
The source is a trip. According to him, Trump is a big threat but now, for the complete opposite reason as the narratives being used before to warn us about him.
If I got him right, Instead of being Donald Trump the dictator/fascist, who will replace the Constitution with Trumpism, NOW we are to believe that he is going to delegate ALL OF HIS POWERS to other people and they will be the presidents and run the country instead of him, suggesting that he won't be doing his job as president running the country.
He had a few other crazy ideas too that seemed to be inspired by TDS.
However, big tariffs might not happen and deporting illegal immigrants is impossible on the scale Trump implied, so those are great topics to discuss.
