Mike,I would like to express my sincere condolences in regards of your fathers passing. Wow,99 years of wisdom!

I lost my mother this past June,a week after her 95th birthday. I also lost my sister in March, I understand your pain.

Our stories are kinda the same. My father was an Irish immigrant, WWII vet. My father put himself through college and became an industrial engineer at Boroughs Corp. My mother was also an Irish Immgrant, worked very hard at an insurance company and did very well.

The lessons my parenst taught me could never be taught in any school or university. The lesson of being honest and civil will take you a long way in life. They taught to be sincere and follow your heart, thats what brings success in life.I believe our parents are from the same mold.

I always enjoyed hearing the stories of the chess matches he played in his 90's. Just like my mother, her strong sense of mind out lived her tired body.

I hope you find peace in his passing. what a gentleman!
