This is extremely complex and will take me awhile to understand better.

The partition of India: green regions were all part of Pakistan by 1948, and orange ones part of India.

This has the potential to escalate quickly. Both are nuclear powers, though there is no indication that nuclear weapons will be used.

Great job Trump/Rubio!

After a long night of talks mediated by the United States, I am pleased to announce that India and Pakistan have agreed to a FULL AND IMMEDIATE CEASEFIRE. Congratulations to both Countries on using Common Sense and Great Intelligence. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Thanks, Larry!

This is great news:

Trump announces 'full and immediate ceasefire' between India and Pakistan

Trump said the U.S. mediated overnight talks between the two nuclear-armed nations after violence spiraled early on Saturday in an exchange of cross-border strikes.

This is the part of the president's mental illness that pays off with positive benefits to the world. This is also why i voted for him in November because of knowing that he would work hard to end the war in Ukraine in a way that no other human being can do as Donald Trump the disruptor.

Trump is not motivated like many world leaders to operate within the confines of expected standards. His mind is programmed to do the exact opposite because his ego and delusions of grandeur, pathological thinking drives his mentality.

This is not intended to be a back handed compliment. Again, its the reason that I voted for him, assuming that the negative impacts of this would be outweighed by the positives.

And there are many positives, even though the deranged  tariffs scheme by itself outweighed them all, especially for the United States.

This current situation is Donald Trump "the disruptor" that Thomas Sowell spoke of, applying himself in a way that makes the world a better place.

At another bb I’m getting repeatedly criticized by a Dem hack for acknowledging that Rubio played a big roll. She called me a Trump boot-licker and gullible. I defended myself though by saying repeating what I’ve said there many times about how bad I’ve felt the Trump admin has been overall up til now and that I never even considered voting for him. I reiterated that this didn’t mean I was suddenly a Trump fan lmao. It is one great thing if it is confirmed.

Thanks, Larry for stepping outside the divisive nature of 1 side against the other side, defining everything in the world to line up to support only the side that people line up with and strongly oppose the other side.

India disputes Trump’s claim that trade incentives led to the India-Pakistan ceasefire

https://apnews.com/article/trump-india-pakistan-kashmir-trade-e3cedcad801ce78c85194fcbf3b917f0

Following Saturday’s understanding between India and Pakistan to stop military action on land, in the air and at sea, Trump told reporters on Monday that he had offered to help both nations with trade if they agreed to de-escalate.

“I said, come on, we’re going to do a lot of trade with you guys. Let’s stop it. Let’s stop it. If you stop it, we’ll do a trade. If you don’t stop it, we’re not going to do any trade,’” Trump said.

“And all of a sudden, they said, I think we’re going to stop,” Trump said, crediting trade leverage for influencing both the nations’ decision. “For a lot of reasons, but trade is a big one,” he said.

The Indian government on Tuesday disputed U.S. President Donald Trump’s claim that the U.S.-mediated ceasefire between India and Pakistan came about in part because he had offered possible trade concessions.

Addressing a weekly news conference, Randhir Jaiswal, the spokesman for India’s foreign ministry, said top leaders in New Delhi and Washington were in touch last week following the Indian military’s intense standoff with Pakistan, but that there was no conversation on trade.

The issue of trade didn’t come up in any of these discussions,” Jaiswal said, referring to the conversations held between U.S. Vice President JD Vance and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, as well as between U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his Indian counterpart, S. Jaishankar.

Trump is telling another WHOPPER to give us the impression that he's the omnipotent global trade authority, while his Twilight Zone tariffs scheme reveals that he's clueless about the basic principles of trade imbalances between rich and poor countries.
