The world is filled with numerous bad news events and people's appalling behavior. With advanced communications technology and sites that bring us all the depressing details 24 hours a day in front of our favorite viewing screens. 

Some of them even intentionally generating outrage and stress, using our emotions to impact our thinking and actions. Or for ratings.

It's impossible to avoid if you want to stay closely tuned into the world.

Some people are ok with the craziness and handle stress well. Many others let it impact the quality of their lives and relationships with other people in their lives.  Everybody can benefit from suggestions!
