This might sound crazy to most people, I have a small business that is profitable. After the overhead is paid,I give the profits back to the employees. You might ask why?
They work hard, they are honest and they deserve all that I can give them.

One of my perks I started is to teach them trading on my dime. I set up an account, they paper trade for awhile, then I turn on the real deal. What ever they make, they keep!

I keep an eye on things to keep loses at a minimum. I fund the account below $2500.

We all have plenty of money so I dont care if they lose a few hundred learning, l can always make it back.

I have an account with R.J. O'Brien that I have mention but dont talk about. This account along with a broker I pay,we trade the E Mini 500 along with full size Gold. During the year 2025, between Gold and E mini, my personal account has done very well!

Life is good to me, money seem to come easy! Between the business, retirement accounts and brokerage accounts, as a team,we are blessed!.

Yes,I am now 62,could retire but we will keep giving our customers good service at a fair price,we will keep teaching the employees and friends to trade. One day we will all be dead and the dollars we made nd lost wont mean anything.

Thanks, Mike!

That's very generous of you to give the entire profits from your plumbing business to your employees and not take any for yourself.

And even more generous to open trading accounts for them,  funded by your money(and sounds like you also pay them while you teach them to trade) , then when they lose money trading your system, continue to refund them but if they make money, they get to keep it.

I will certainly agree with you on the principle of sharing our gifts  in this wonderful time in human history. Stressing authentic knowledge and truth as a key part of that sharing here.

Profit Sharing sure helps keep employees ! It all with in reason. I have a choice, keep it for myself and share it with the government, keep some for myself and share it with the hard working employees. As far as trading, only a few are intrested and trying, its only micros, not betting the farm

Mike,

Here's a guitar piece that I thought you might like(me too):

Your goal as a soloist is to create MELODY. Our neck diagrams give you the notes you can use to create that melody in REAL TIME. Think of the Diagrams as 3 layers of information:  1. PENTATONIC - The pentatonic scale works all the time and almost never changes, so this is the basic level. 2. MODE - The mode will always be the pentatonic PLUS 2 NOTES (modes have 7 notes). The mode can change depending on the chords (modal interchange). 3. CHORD - The chord layer shows you the notes of the chord changes (aka the HARMONY) in REAL TIME. Outgoing notes get smaller and fade out, incoming notes will fade in, so you know what notes to go for next.  In our app AlphaJams (currently in Beta), you will be able to control which layer you see, and how much of the neck you see. It should be out in the next few months, so please stay tuned! Good luck and thanks for checking it out!  ✌

Hi mate one of my ---PPT === with nice RRR   IS THE QASI-MODO PATTERN? (Core Definition)

The Qasi-Modo (Over-Under) pattern is a structural reversal formation created by

  1. A HH (Higher High)
  2. A HL (Higher Low)
  3. A LH (Lower High)
  4. A break of structure below the HL
  5. A retracement back to the broken zone
  6. Reversal continuation                                                                                                                                                                          THE 5 KEY FEATURES OF A TRUE QASI-MODO1 Left Shoulder (LS)

The market makes a strong swing high, then pulls back.

    2. Head (H)

Price makes a higher high, taking liquidity above the LS.

    3. Right Shoulder (RS) Attempt

After pulling back, price makes a lower high, indicating absorption.

    4. Break of Structure (BOS)

Price breaks below the LS low → first confirmation.

    5. Return to Origin (RTO) / Retest

Price returns to the broken zone → entry point for the reversal.

HOW TO TRADE THE QASI-MODO (Practical Steps)

    Trend Context

    • In uptrend → Qasi-Modo signals top + reversal down
    • In downtrend → Qasi-Modo signals bottom + reversal up
  7. Entry

    • Wait for price to revisit the RS supply zone
    • This is the Return To Origin (RTO)
    • Enter only if momentum confirms reversal
  8. Stops

    • Above the head if short
    • Below the head if long (opposite scenario)
  9. Targets

    1. Equal lows / highs
    2. Liquidity pools
    3. Fib extensions (161.8 / 261.8)
    4. Gann 1×1 or cube nodes
    5. Volatility sigma band
