President Donald Trump better savor his FIFA Peace Prize, because it’s the only one he’s going to get.
In a surprise to no one, Trump received FIFA’s made-up, not-to-be-taken-seriously-at-all token award that was created solely for the purpose of stroking the president’s considerable ego. He got a gaudy, gold trophy — the better to match the Oval Office! — a medal he immediately put on and a certificate to commemorate the embarrassing, err, momentous occasion.
“(This is) in recognition of his exceptional and extraordinary actions to promote peace and unity around the world,” FIFA President Gianni Infantino gushed ahead of the 2026 World Cup draw in Washington, D.C.
Which actions are those specifically? The poor fisherman killings that are likely illegal and might even be war crimes? The racist slurs directed at Somali people? The harassment and abuse of brown-skinned people in a bid to enforce this racially pure vision of America while promoting "reverse migration"? The elimination of life-saving aid to people in need?
Shall I continue?
Trump is the most divisive person on the planet, let alone the country he was elected to lead, and his actions and rhetoric have made the entire planet a colder, crueler and unsafer place. He’s a champion for peace in his own mind only, and no reputable group would ever honor him as such.

How about during the government shut down, this diabolical, vindictive man exploited the crisis to hurt the poor people and Ds that didn't vote for him and he hates. With jaw dropping evil intent, Donald Trump ordered the USDA to cut off all the food stamps our government was giving to poor families for the month of November.........against the law and even though the money was there!
When a court ordered this to be illegal and that he needed to reinstate them, he still refused to follow the orders.
Taking basic food/sustenance from millions of poor kids that depend on it for his personal agenda.

When following the broadcast of the World Cup draw on Friday, all those countries and corporations that have been plying Donald Trump with jets, gold bars, outright bribes, Jackie Chan movies, and “business opportunities” for his family must have been feeling pretty silly… because soccer’s governing body FIFA bested them all.
Sure, lining his pockets with money and trinkets is important to the president. However, what he really craves more than anything is adulation and, ultimately, immortality.
FIFA, an organization with a long history of corruption, realized that and found a unique way to please the president in the hopes of preventing him from ruining the World Cup, which will be held in the US, Canada, and Mexico next year: It created the most meaningless peace prize in history, made Trump its first recipient, and presented it to him on Friday in front of global celebrities and untold millions of fans eager to find out who their countries will play in the world’s marquee sporting event.

I used to watch around 50-50 between Fox and CNN to get a well rounded understanding of why people think the way they do.
I almost completely stopped watching Fox in the evening. There's nothing more that can be learned by watching those people. It's crystal clear that from now until Kingdom Come they will just completely manufacture the most profoundly absurd Trump adoring nonsense that more often than not, is the diametrically opposed polar opposite of the truth.
And millions of Americans in this cult will go there to hear things that they wish were true and use these fork tongued, Trump cult high priests for sources of their delusional truth.
And they do it for THE RATINGS!. Some of the stuff they spew out, they clearly know is made up, like this last one from Watters, who takes his viewers into La La Land for 60 minutes.
At least with tv shows, The Twilight Show and The Outer Limits they demonstrated tremendous creativity, talent and created suspense in every show.........and we knew it was science fiction.
At Fox, the same talking heads, every single night regurgitate different versions of the same idiotic, brain dead things that line up with the tenets of the Trump Religion, with the objective of STEALING THE INTELLIGENCE of their viewers who adulate Trump and reward FOX by giving them a robust audience to watch their commercials as these advertisers/sponsors gush out millions to FOX to spread out their MEGA, MAGA toxic broadcasting.

I could add a few tenets to this list in December 2025 along with including much of the Rs in Congress that have become members in the cult which required them to become servants of DONALD TRUMP and not the American people or the Constitution.
Rand Paul and Margie Taylor Greene are a couple of great Americans with the courage and ethical standards that rejected the evil of Trump Religion.

Anybody not in Trump's far right cult knows clearly that these pardons, while they fall under the power of the president are a major ABUSE of that power and they are endorsing serious criminal activity if it's in the name of Donald J Trump.
The saddest thing of all is that Joe Biden was so, so, so bad, cognitively damaged and corrupt that he caused Trump to win by a near landslide, DESPITE Trump's blatantly violating the Constitution and his vows to defend it.
