The ICE agent shot a US citizen as she was driving away with 3 shots directly thru her window at close range. There is not other way to interpret the video! This was bad.

Anybody with eyes and a few objective brain cells can see this! The source above gives us a great close up view.
The ICE shooter is obscured in this freeze frame as he murders the innocent US citizen by shooting several times thru her window.
Things to note:
1. He's on the left side of the vehicle, not in front of it while he shoots.
2. She is turning the wheel to the RIGHT, away from him and leaving the scene.
3. There is no threat to the ICE shooter (or his partner) from this vehicle or from this lady in this vehicle that we can see as she leaves.
4. The road is icy and slick which is causing the ICE official closest to us to slip/slide around.
5. The version we keep getting from ICE and Trump is completely manufactured as proven by the videos.

On Jan. 7, the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) was notified that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) personnel were involved in a shooting in Minneapolis that resulted in a woman’s death. That morning, after consultation with the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office, the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the FBI, it was decided that the BCA Force Investigations Unit would conduct a joint investigation with the FBI. The BCA responded promptly to the scene and began coordinating investigative work in good faith.
Later that afternoon, the FBI informed the BCA that the U.S. Attorney’s Office had reversed course: the investigation would now be led solely by the FBI, and the BCA would no longer have access to the case materials, scene evidence or investigative interviews necessary to complete a thorough and independent investigation.
Without complete access to the evidence, witnesses and information collected, we cannot meet the investigative standards that Minnesota law and the public demands. As a result, the BCA has reluctantly withdrawn from the investigation. The BCA Force Investigations Unit was designed to ensure consistency, accountability and public confidence, none of which can be achieved without full cooperation and jurisdictional clarity.

We are watching the ICE officers cell phone video as he circles the vehicle from the back to the right side to the front. Then to the front and the far LEFT side of the front.
At 2:08/2:09, it shows the lady using both hands, in the process of TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL HARD TO THE RIGHT AWAY FROM THE OFFICER WHO IS ON THE LEFT SIDE. From his perspective, based on the REAL video on his cell phone there is no question about her turning the vehicle SHARPLY TO THE RIGHT! AWAY FROM HIM! No question about that.
Then suddenly, out of nowhere, making no sense, the video shows something that suggests that he was suddenly knocked on his arse or hit hard. HUGH????
This happened at the time when we know, without a doubt that he is standing on 2 feet and firing shots at her.
This actually ticks me off the most because it shows how blatantly corrupt that ICE is and the people in our government responsible for this video.

The other thing. If this guy is using 1 hand to hold a cell phone and record what's going on, it means that he has to be paying close attention to HIS CELL PHONE to make sure its aimed in the right direction and recording what's on it.
This clearly would direct his attention AWAY from what would be required by a trained ICE officer to responsibly use a firearm in a deadly way. If you are a trained ICE officer and feel your life is being threatened and may need to use deadly force, you don't whip out your cell phone and start recording. You stay focused with both eyes and both hands on the threats and not on shooting videos for whatever reason. Interesting that he suddenly stopped recording(or they stopped showing it) during the time when he murdered her. It would have shown him continuing to shoot as she was pulling AWAY FROM HIM.
You CANNOT be a camera person and also at the same time be able to accurately assess an event of a threat to your life that requires a clear, undistracted view and immediate reaction.
His so called cell phone video suggests that he was knocked down but we know with 100% that he was not.
The last frames before that, show with absolute certainty that she is turning the steering wheel hard and to the right, away from him.
1 of 2 things happened.
1. The video after that was doctored OR not included or
2. He was not hit but instead, threw the phone down, after he BLATANTLY MISJUDGED because instead of doing his job the way he was trained, he was busy shooting video. After he grossly misjudged, he dropped the phone in order to take out his gun to start shooting IMMEDIATELY.
What we are seeing is NOT a body cam of the officer falling with the body cam. It is the phone he threw down/dropped because he suddenly went from being a camera person focusing on THE WRONG DYNAMIC which caused him to horribly miscalculate and completely miss her turning away from him and went to an armed ICE agent that IMAGINED something based on a blatantly flawed perception because he got distracted while playing the role of camera person. This is giving the ICE agent the benefit of the doubt ON THE 1st shot only.
That he imagined something that caused the first shot because he was distracted by making the video on his phone(maybe the previous encounter in 2025, when he was dragged by a vehicle made him paranoid????). Even with this, he made a huge MISTAKE. An officer 10 years on the job, applying what they are trained to ascertain and NOT being distracted and NOT imagining something that no video supports, should never have taken the first shot. But it could have just been a horrible MISTAKE on his part.
The 2nd and 3rd shots were just blatantly, crystal clear murder by every standard.
The lady and her friend were obviously being confrontational to the ICE agents.
Then she backs up and turns the steering wheel to the right sharply, away from the officer to leave slowly to avoid hitting him and only accelerated after he blows her brains out and her foot is still on the steering wheel.
He continues to shoot 2 more bullets at her DESPITE the fact that her car has already cleared any potential path towards him because she had been steering it AWAY from him the entire time.
Even if the first bullet was from a grave error in judgment because he was distracted from recording video on his cell phone, the 2nd and 3rd bullets were meant to kill somebody that posed no threat as they were pulling away.
One might make a case of the 1st bullet being an accident and horrific mistake.
Bullets 2 and 3 were MURDER by any possible observation and point of view!

I adjusted/edited my assessments in the above 2 posts in several places because the first one was a knee jerk reaction after running a chess tournament for 7+ hours and not having time to completely research the facts before making the initial comments.
I mistakenly thought at first that this was supposed to be body cam footage instead of him recording it by holding up his cell phone.
Added 1-11-26:
Cops have BODY CAM's for numerous excellent reasons. One of them is that it's a HANDS FREE device that doesn't require them to divert their attention to operating it. At critical times, they need 100% of their faculties to focus on life or death situations. Body cams don't interfere with them using their eyes and brain to properly assess the environment surrounding them and potential threats as does operating a cell phone camera.
With further processing and understanding of the ENTIRE picture and facts overnight, applying logic objectively, I feel strongly that this officer's operating a camera phone, DISTRACTING HIM was a key factor. How couldn't it be???
We know with certainty that operating a camera phone distracts every human being using one because the operator must be:
1. Holding it up and aiming it in the direction of the objects that they want to record.
2. Constantly checking the screen to verify it's on, aimed in the right direction and recording what the user wants to record.
3. NOT used by law enforcement because of this and instead they use body cams which accomplish #s 1 and2 without diverting attention away from the cops much more important, sometimes critical need to have their eyes, hands and brains in harmony/sync for assessing TIMELY life or death situations(needed when deciding whether to use lethal force or not based on their training)
4. We know from watching the other AUTHENTIC video's, using our eyes and brain, that the ICE agent, did in fact make the exact wrong decision while he was being distracted from recording video on his personal cell phone.
5. It's logical to assume that this officer, without being distracted by operating his cell phone, would have seen what the rest of us can clearly see regarding this lady turning her wheel sharply to the right AWAY FROM HIM to avoid hitting him.
