Things to note:
1. He's on the left side of the vehicle, not in front of it while he shoots.
2. She is turning the wheel to the RIGHT, away from him and leaving the scene.

We are watching the ICE officers cell phone video as he circles the vehicle from the back to the right side to the front. Then to the front and the far LEFT side of the front.
At 2:08/2:09, it shows the lady using both hands, in the process of TURNING THE STEERING WHEEL HARD TO THE RIGHT AWAY FROM THE OFFICER WHO IS ON THE LEFT SIDE. From his perspective, based on the REAL video on his cell phone there is no question about her turning the vehicle SHARPLY TO THE RIGHT! AWAY FROM HIM! No question about that.
Then suddenly, out of nowhere, making no sense, the video shows something that suggests that he was suddenly knocked on his arse or hit hard. HUGH????
This happened at the time when we know, without a doubt that he is standing on 2 feet and firing shots at her.

The other thing. If this guy is using 1 hand to hold a cell phone and record what's going on, it means that he has to be paying close attention to HIS CELL PHONE to make sure its aimed in the right direction and recording what's on it.
This clearly would direct his attention AWAY from what would be required by a trained ICE officer to responsibly use a firearm in a deadly way. If you are a trained ICE officer and feel your life is being threatened and may need to use deadly force, you don't whip out your cell phone and start recording. You stay focused with both eyes and both hands on the threats and not on shooting videos for whatever reason. Interesting that he suddenly stopped recording(or they stopped showing it) during the time when he murdered her. It would have shown him continuing to shoot as she was pulling AWAY FROM HIM.
You CANNOT be a camera person and also at the same time be able to accurately assess an event of a threat to your life that requires a clear, undistracted view and immediate reaction.
His so called cell phone video suggests that he was knocked down but we know with 100% that he was not.
The last frames before that, show with absolute certainty that she is turning the steering wheel hard and to the right, away from him.
1 of 2 things happened.
1. The video after that was doctored OR not included or
2. He was not hit but instead, threw the phone down, after he BLATANTLY MISJUDGED because instead of doing his job the way he was trained, he was busy shooting video. After he grossly misjudged, he dropped the phone in order to take out his gun to start shooting IMMEDIATELY.
What we are seeing is NOT a body cam of the officer falling with the body cam. It is the phone he threw down/dropped because he suddenly went from being a camera person focusing on THE WRONG DYNAMIC which caused him to horribly miscalculate and completely miss her turning away from him and went to an armed ICE agent that IMAGINED something based on a blatantly flawed perception because he got distracted while playing the role of camera person. This is giving the ICE agent the benefit of the doubt ON THE 1st shot only.
That he imagined something that caused the first shot because he was distracted by making the video on his phone(maybe the previous encounter in 2025, when he was dragged by a vehicle made him paranoid????). Even with this, he made a huge MISTAKE. An officer 10 years on the job, applying what they are trained to ascertain and NOT being distracted and NOT imagining something that no video supports, should never have taken the first shot. But it could have just been a horrible MISTAKE on his part.
The 2nd and 3rd shots were just blatantly, crystal clear murder by every standard.
The lady and her friend were obviously being confrontational to the ICE agents.
Then she backs up and turns the steering wheel to the right sharply, away from the officer to leave slowly to avoid hitting him and only accelerated after he blows her brains out and her foot is still on the steering wheel.
He continues to shoot 2 more bullets at her DESPITE the fact that her car has already cleared any potential path towards him because she had been steering it AWAY from him the entire time.
Even if the first bullet was from a grave error in judgment because he was distracted from recording video on his cell phone, the 2nd and 3rd bullets were meant to kill somebody that posed no threat as they were pulling away.
One might make a case of the 1st bullet being an accident and horrific mistake.
Bullets 2 and 3 were MURDER by any possible observation and point of view!

I adjusted/edited my assessments in the above 2 posts in several places because the first one was a knee jerk reaction after running a chess tournament for 7+ hours and not having time to completely research the facts before making the initial comments.
I mistakenly thought at first that this was supposed to be body cam footage instead of him recording it by holding up his cell phone.
Added 1-11-26:
Cops have BODY CAM's for numerous excellent reasons. One of them is that it's a HANDS FREE device that doesn't require them to divert their attention to operating it. At critical times, they need 100% of their faculties to focus on life or death situations. Body cams don't interfere with them using their eyes and brain to properly assess the environment surrounding them and potential threats as does operating a cell phone camera.
With further processing and understanding of the ENTIRE picture and facts overnight, applying logic objectively, I feel strongly that this officer's operating a camera phone, DISTRACTING HIM was a key factor. How couldn't it be???
We know with certainty that operating a camera phone distracts every human being using one because the operator must be:
1. Holding it up and aiming it in the direction of the objects that they want to record.
2. Constantly checking the screen to verify it's on, aimed in the right direction and recording what the user wants to record.
3. NOT used by law enforcement because of this and instead they use body cams which accomplish #s 1 and2 without diverting attention away from the cops much more important, sometimes critical need to have their eyes, hands and brains in harmony/sync for assessing TIMELY life or death situations(needed when deciding whether to use lethal force or not based on their training)
4. We know from watching the other AUTHENTIC video's, using our eyes and brain, that the ICE agent, did in fact make the exact wrong decision while he was being distracted from recording video on his personal cell phone.
5. It's logical to assume that this officer, without being distracted by operating his cell phone, would have seen what the rest of us can clearly see regarding this lady turning her wheel sharply to the right AWAY FROM HIM to avoid hitting him.

This clearly shows what happened with freeze frames of the location of the officer when he made each shot starting at the 6:30 mark.
1. Shot 1: He was NOT being hit. His body is obstructed but we can see his feet standing just barely to the left of the vehicle as it starts to move. (They refer to starting to move as ACCLERATING) which is misleading. Note her left front tire is turned sharply TO THE RIGHT because she he going in the opposite direction of where the ICE shooter is standing.
2. Shot 2: No longer obstructed the officer is clearly firing from THE SIDE of the vehicle as she clearly pulls away from him, to the right.
3. Shot 3: She is clearly moving even farther away from him and intentionally in the opposite direction of him and clearly she is no threat but he shoots her again.
The explanation from this Trump/ICE defender on the previous page, that all law enforcement is taught to shoot 3 times is complete BS!
They are taught to shoot to eliminate the threat. The video shows crystal clearly with shots 2 and 3 that she can't possibly be a threat as she pulls AWAY from him, even if he made a horrible blunder in judgment when shooting the first time, DESPITE her turning away from him.

1. Its not the same video. Note the snow cover on the road is lacking in the 2nd video, which as a meteorologist hit me immediately. That's just part of it.
2. The 2nd video shows a person being hit by a car. It's blurry and played fast (intentionally) so its tough to make out whats going on and the surroundings so the viewer can't compare them to the other videos, none of which show this.
3. Does anybody really believe the mainstream media is intentionally covering up this video? I mean other than people that WANT to believe from charlatans like this that are crystal clearly using fraud to mislead people, pretending this was the actual video, that somehow, only he has of the event. If this was legit, every right wing source, the government, ICE and the rest would be showing it.

I don't see a difference in the snow cover. Can you point out to me time frames that show your argument. keep in mind that these are 2 different angles.
There have been many different angles that have been slowly coming out over time. I don't know about the grainy/blurry. Poor phone camera, long distance, or photo shopped?? I do not know.

That does explain where your first source got his video from. He COPIED it from elsewhere. Repeating a lie doesn't make it true.
Let me be more specific.
1. The snow cover is different in the 2 videos. No snow on the street in the fraudulent video.
2. The other video shows a woman wearing white pants behind him that isn't there at the real event.
3. The REAL video shows a fellow, MALE officer almost next to him but isn't there in the fake video.
4. Most importantly...........IT DOESN'T EVEN LOOK LIKE THE SAME MAKE AND MODEL VEHICLE HITTING THE PERSON IN THE FAKE VIDEO!
5. There are a host of other things related to the cars on the street. I can't copy the video from your source to point it out, you'll just have to use your eyes and brain.
6. Actually, the most important difference is that the REAL video, even though the officer is obscured during his first shot, he is standing on 2 feet the entire time. I would like to sincerely apologize to my good friend, cutworm for my initial assessments. After seeing new footage it appears that several of my assessments were incorrect with the fake video.
It appears that what actually happened is somebody used AI to change the position and movements of the ICE agent but used mostly the same NEW video of this event.
The angle gave a different look than any other angles and showed NEW things but it ALTERED THE POSITION AND MOVEMENT of the ICE officer so I assumed (wrongly) that the other new things were also not right.
I noted the person with white pants in the VERIFIED NEW video which initially I thought was a contradiction. They apparently were there but never seen in the other videos.
I have revised my opinion to just the position/movements of the ICE officer being doctored with AI because they absolutely do not line up with the REAL video as I showed above.
Regardless, I owe cutworm a sincere apology for my over the top response(I left part of it up there as evidence of what I thought wrongly at first) on something that was an extremely important piece of new evidence(even if it was doctored).

There is no excuse to ever do something like this to a human being that is already subdued and face down on the ground.
This is an egregious misuse of pepper spray at close range. The high velocity/pressure is designed to shoot out 10 feet to keep assailants at a distance. Definitely not designed to shoot at high velocity, directly into the eyes(inches away) of a person already subdued and face down on the ground, with 2 other men on top of them.
