No mention of race.   Seems the mere idea of calling this racist is, ironically, racist.

Kinda like calling Trump a racist because he refused to rent to section 8. Far more whites are in section 8 housing than minorities.  So,  the people who call him racist are making the predjudiced assumption that only minorities are in section 8 housing.

Any landord will tell you that section 8 residents are terrible tennants.  They ruin the house/appartment,  and it does not matter what race.
