WHY THE  HEAT ?     here is the    500 MB Upper air map  that shows a   HEAT DOME  over southwest  Russia...from   eastern  Ukraine  to  western  K-stan   ... and a Ridge in  western Europe as well  Note the  Huge Vortex  in  Scandinavia 

 NEXT 4  DAYS  the   Heat Dome stays in   Place in sw Russia as does the  Ridge in western Europe. But it wont last  past  JULY   14

 AFTER  DAY 7 / JULY  15...   that  Trough / Vortex  drives   energy into the    western Russia/ Ukraine  which pushes  the Heat Dome    eastern of the Urals
