Has anybody been following the India/china border  tensions

This is a disputed area high in the Himalyan [sp] mountains. China has increased armanents to 50,000 troops and heavy artillary including tanks, mortars etc

China has India out numbered but this is at an altitude of 18,000' and minus -40 C in the winter. I don't know how well tanks would operate in that cold weather

Also china troop moral is very poor, as these are city boys with -40 C and 18,000', not exactly what these troops are wanting and with china one child policy, this could mean the end of a family linage. Troops are reluctant to be cannon fodder as they want to go home. Video shows bus loads of troops actually crying as they leave for a 1st engagement, so the china troops are not hard core assault troops

People say a war some place is possible and china/India could be the new hot zone. Normally china would over whelm India but India is very stubborn about giving up territory to china on the border and china seems to be pushing out in many directions wanting new territory. I suppose with china population they want some thing more for their people

Just some thing that doesn't want to go away.
