Kinda regretting selling 2/3 of my SOXX ETF

SOXX ETF is a Chip Mfg fund.

Bought in 2019 in the low 200's.   Sold 2/3 of what I had last July, maybe Aug for about 440.    Doubled my money in 2 years, so not bad.  But it was just too voitile at this stage of my equity career. And it looked kinda toppy to me at the time.  Today, it looks to close between 520 and 525.  Not bad for 3-4 months.  About 80/share..

Glad I held a 3rd,   Regret that I sold 2/3,   but it was the right decision,  I think.  What I kept was more than paid for by the gains.   I continue to be more and more conservative.  Need to preserve what I've worked for, and I have enough.  Almost  :-) 

Anyway,  guess I should make clear.  The reason for this post.  If you are not as risk aversive as I am, this may be worth looking into. Good chance, IMO, that the returns will constinue to be impressive for at least the next year.  If you don't mind a bumpy ride.
