Thanks, Mike.

 Show #10 (2nd one…Georgie….) is a spinoff of a spinoff <G>….seriously!

1. Can anyone name the other 2 shows this came from?

2. Can anyone name any other spinoff from a spinoff? I know of one well-known one from the 1970s.

No googling allowed. <G>

Great question, Larry!

I can think of 1 with lots of spin offs!

1. All in the Family

2. Maude

3. The Jeffersons

4.  Bunkers Place

I can't believe how many spin offs there are!!!  I didn't look at this before my answer above.

Thanks, Mike!

1. Indeed, AITF lead to several spin-offs. However, you didn’t actually name a spin-off from a spin-off. You’ll know the show for sure.

2. Anyone know about how the show “Georgie…” evolved? No googling or binging or yahooing. :)

Aside:  This reminds me. Does anyone remember when Yahoo was like the #1 search engine?

Thanks, Larry.

I had to look it up. Not to find out the answer but because I never heard of that show, so I couldn't even guess the answer when I never heard of the show.

On Yahoo......wow, I forgot about that and never knew the history!

 1. Regarding the one from the 1970s, it was “Good Times”, which was a spin-off from “Maude” because Florida was Maude’s maid. And as you already noted, Maude spun-off from AITF.

2. “Georgie” came from “Little Sheldon”, which came from “The Big Bang Theory”.

Thanks very much, Larry!

I didn't want to spoil it for you after looking it up. Very interesting.

I never heard of Little Sheldon either but did actually know that the The Big Bang Theory was a popular show

 I appreciate it, Mike.

I’ve actually never seen Georgie. But I loved Littke Sheldon as it was my favorite prime time show for several years. I watched with my bro, who also loved it. The cast included someone from “Designing Women” as Sheldon’s grandma by the way.

I’ve seen a good number of Big Bang (funny show with good writing and acting) but liked LS more.
