lows in silver normally occur on either nov 1 , or dec 1 for the last 5 years. (at least a tradeable low, if not the long term low).
so if you are tempted to buy silver , you may want to wait and let it go down just a little more.
the move from the low (either nov 1 or dec 1) into early feb should be a strong one.
