Dad banned that show for us 6 kids. However, Mom liked it and we would sneak into her room to watch it on her tv.

Thank God Mom liked the hippy-dippy weatherman ?....lol...i think that was the show...

 we watched it ....but I think my parents thought we were too young to get the sexy part anyways

We wouldn't miss a show if we could help it. So many catch--phrases, so many iconic characters and stars who wanted the exposure. Even Richard Nixon made a " Sock it to me ! " appearance.

Now I remember.....

I am sorry I am on my telephone instead of the computer but I just watched the one  ringy dingy  lady and remembered that in our household my younger sister and I definitely had to answer our phone by 3 ringy dinghies to make sure that we were polite....

Lmfao.... this show really brings back a lot of great memories especially some of the conversations that our family had when my sister and I were young that I couldn't remember why we used certain terms or words to describe things and a lot of it actually came from this  show....

sad thing is, shows like Laugh In and All In the Family could not survive in todays politically correct world.
