will we get a big downdraft here over the next month or so?

the 10 yr cycle could give us a big downdraft.   we saw big drops during the late summer, early fall period in

08, and 98, and 87.    the drop in 98 quickly rebounded into higher highs, but was fast and brutal when it happened.

of course we did not get this kind of drop in 1928.  markets waited until 1929,  and then it was "really big".

I don't see it .  Eventually higher interest rates will cause a 30%+ correction.  But you have to get up to 6 or 7% before that happens, a few years out from here.  In the meantime, Trump is forcing more jobs back to America and improving our deficit numbers by fighting hard on trade and making our allies pay more for their defense.
