I'd exile to Russia & apply for political asylum.

Everything in The Rump's universe is under investigation. The Rump campaign,  Rump's inauguration, Rump's transition, Rump's administration, Rump's organization and the Rump foundation.

I think even if you are not Trump,  you should emigrate to Russia.  They already have the form of government you want us to have here.  It would save you a lot of time, effort and frustration.

for all of the hot air we have tolerated you still have no clue. Anything they do to Trump will have to be a political decision...nothing more than that, nothing less. He was elected, he will serve his time out and then we will see. Don't you find it peculiar the Russia! Russia! Russia! chant that has been headlines every day for 2 year at cnn has now shrunk into a guy trying to keep his sexual peccadillos secret?

Yes, I do mcfarm.

#1 Also interesting that it's claimed that he colluded with a foreign country........was a traitor and that  he lets Russia call many of shots in his agenda.

#2 While at the same time, it's claimed that he's OVER patriatoc/nationalistic, won't get along with any foreign countries unless they renegotiate bad deals with us(Mexico/Canada/China). Only does things when they benefit the US, not the other way around. Has constant confrontations with China, Europe, North Korea, countries that want to immigrate here(cut foreign aid) because he is representing an interest of the USA. On this, we can all agree that his position has been unlike any other recent president.

Hmmmm............

An analogy in the weather world would be like  having record rains and  historic flooding the past 2 years. The rain gauges and data would certainly support that as in #2.

But then, during the entire period, we would have a huge group that try to sell us on there being a severe drought and lack of rain.............the opposite of #1.

The evidence?

Every sunny day, in between heavy rains. See, I told you that we are having a drought!!!

Nah, the Russians are too fascist & authoritarian for my taste, but the Rump would enjoy that type of society not to mention that he would be out of reach of the long arm of American law enforcement.

Fascism and authoritarianism is at the root of every leftist government since the beginning of leftism. There is a near 100% correlation between the degree of leftism and the degree of fascism/authoritarianism and that's not a coincidence.  It's essentially inevitable when the good of the state/collective is placed ahead of the good of the individual.

It's a great irony and incredibly entertaining that you, and many on the left define anyone opposed to socialism as "fascist".

It was the Clintons who moved better than a billion dollars from their foundation to the central bank of Qatar who do not have an extradition treaty with the US.

i remember, in 2016, many people were suspicious of the Clinton campaign, Clinton's activities as Secretary of State, the Clinton Foundation, as well as verified false testimony during an FBI investigation and Obstruction of Justice. And the official attitude was "please move on, there is nothing to see here"

How quickly the USA has become a land devoted to to law and order again.

‘Nearly every organization’ Trump ran in the past decade is under investigation.

Let that soak in for awhile.

Yes,  they are leaving no stone unturned in their never ending struggle to unseat a democratically elected president.  There is no doubt he is the most investigated figure in the history of the world,  if not the universe.

I understand your frustration with the fact that so far,  they have found nothing. I hope you won't begrudge the unending belly laughs it provides for me and roughly half the US population and likely a scattering of samples around the world.

Lacey, that lie has been debunked and I'm not going to do it again. In any case, extradition doesn't apply to money, and if you think Hillary and Bill want to spend the rest of their lives in the middle east ... well, would you?

Tim, yes, the investigations are spreading like a virus and, even if a witch hunt, they prove illegal activity by Trump for a number of years, would you still support him ?

Mojo,

I’m no fan of much of Trump’s behavior (including the juvenile kind, which I hate) by any means. But I also think you resorting to calling him “The Rump” makes you look juvenile, yourself, and therefore, weakens your arguments. Why not at least call him Trump instead of “The Rump”?

I support the rule of law before anyone.  I don't believe anyone is above the law..  Not even Hillary.  But it appears there are some who disagree.

The Mueller investigation was created to uncover crimes that related to Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election and those that committed them.

It was not an open ended investigation of the winner of the election and his associates for any crimes that he or they might have committed UNRELATED to Russia going back X number of years, including crimes that the investigation actually created with perjury traps in which they catch people lying about circumstances....which is done to bolster their score card to make them look like they accomplished something with the tens of millions of tax payer dollars to fund the investigation.

If this is ok, then however wins the presidential election in 2020, should have a 2+year long investigation of them similar to this, and every body they associated with,  of all their activities going back X number of years.

You know this is and would be wrong..............but this is Trump and he is considered different. If they find anything, regardless of the circumstances.............they need to use it against him.
