look at a 5 yr chart of banks like wellsfargo, or citi,  and we see a left shoulder in mid 2015.  and head in early 2018, and now we should work on the right shoulder.  

the right shoulder may take a year or 2, or it may collapse quickly.  not sure of time frame.
