Surging economy is giving Trump's re-election chances a boost.

NEW YORK (AP) — The lowest unemployment rate in a half century. More than 260,000 new jobs. And higher hourly wages.

"I'll be running on the economy," President Donald Trump declared on Friday. And why wouldn't he?

The day's new round of sunny employment figures offered fresh evidence of a strong national economy — and a big political advantage for Trump just as the 2020 presidential campaign begins to intensify. Stocks are at or near record levels , too, as the president often notes.

But the Democrats who are fighting to deny the Republican president a second term are beginning to acknowledge the weight of their challenge: Since World War II, no incumbent president has ever lost re-election in a growing economy.

Even Trump's critics are forced to admit the state of the economy could help him at the ballot box."

Trump's economy is roaring. Will it carry him in 2020?

"While Democrats are turning toward socialism and are wasting time attacking the president, the American economy is booming due to President Trump's tax cuts and deregulatory policies," said Boris Epshteyn, the chief political commentator for Sinclair Broadcast Group and a former special assistant to Trump in the White House.

"Fifty-year low unemployment, over 3 percent GDP growth, and a strong rise in wages are resulting in the over 55 percent approval rating for the president on the economy," he said in a text exchange with NBC News. "Going into 2020, the Trump economy is putting Democrats in an impossible position of trying to come up with ways they could do better."

The only political ad Trump will need is a replay of Obama's "These jobs are not coming back, do you have a magic wand?" speech. Followed by Reagan's "Are you better off than you were 4 years ago?"  question.

Prosperity wins.

Of course, the childish tantrums the dems continue to throw won't hurt one little bit.

I mentioned several times that I didn't think that Trump could be re elected because the MSM has captured peoples brains in their character assassination of him, using it to get them to hate him and never vote for him in 2020.

However,  the economy THIS impressive and obviously a direct result of Trumps policies(they can't say stuff, like "he's just benefiting from Obama's policies/recovery any more) makes it much more difficult to spin 95% of the news negative on him.

And the tactics of attacking Barr, a good man and spinning the Mueller report into Trump being a criminal...........after THEY were the ones embarrassed by the findings, which may be about to backfire on them.

Along with democrats running on the absolutely worst platform in presidential campaign history...............has me rethinking that.

The Green new hoax( I mean deal), reparations for blacks, open borders instead of addressing the crisis, forgive student loans/free college tuition, establishing a climate crisis committee(for the climate optimum). Socialism from their #2 guy Sanders. Biden, their #1 guy claiming that China is not competition for us(honest, he stated that this week).

"Biden says China is 'not competition for us'"

So how are the economies of the countries across the big pond doing?

The ones that are substituting so called  green,  economy killing energy standards to replace fossil fuels and gung ho to force their Climate Accord standards on the US too. (I am an authentic environmentalist that appreciates addressing true environmental issues while seeing the the benefits of CO2 to the booming biosphere.........and our economy)

Biden claims that he's running for president because the world leaders asked him to do this in order to save the world from President Trump. Looks to me like they need to save themselves and could start by applying Trumps economic policies.................specifically, dispose of the economy killing Climate Accord once and for all and get on board with  cheap, reliable, efficient fossil fuels that are greening up the planet from beneficial CO2 until we can find a viable, competitive replacement.
