I can not get to the CFTC COT Report web site. Anyone else have problems or know what is going on?

When I try and go to this link with my desk top computer, I can NOT get there.
It says "This page can’t be displayed"
When I try to go with my Iphone going through the home router, I get the same result.
When I use my Iphone with the internet switched OFF forcing it to go through the cell towers.
I CAN get to the site, and can pull up each report to view it.
When I go back to my desk top it still says This page can’t be displayed.
How do I fix this problem? I used fix connection problem with my Microsoft system but
nothing. I tried google chrome and IE browsers too.
What is next? This is BS. I just want to trade in peace.

Maybe somebody here with more computer expertise can assist you. Can you call your internet provider tech support? Probably they won't be able to help but you might get lucky and have somebody that understands it and will tell you what to do to fix it.
