OK, I have to wonder about this one. Not lonly where they put the elephant on the list but also the fact that they list an extinct version of the elephant..........but we can't dispute that it's a huge and interesting animal, which is really all that matters for us trying to learn some new things.

Although long extinct, standing at up to 15 feet in height this was at one point the tallest elephant species in the world. It’s probably safe to assume that its diet consisted of more than just peanuts!

Using extinct species makes me wonder if the Brontosaurus will make the list.
