They are only surveying for yield, not acreage, so I believe that is why we are seeing the same harvested numbers there that USDA published on June 28. Implies there is some room on these forecasts. Also, this is a survey to peg final yield, not what USDA will say on Aug. 12.

INTL FCStone sees #corn yield at 167.4 bpa with production at 13.992 bbu and #soybeans at 47.2 bpa with a 3.743 bbu crop.

 That production/yield combo suggests harvested corn acres at 83.58 mln and soybean harvested at 79.3 mln, nearly the same as what USDA said on June 28.
