Sen. Chuck Grassley, the Senate Finance Committee chairman who represents the major agricultural state of Iowa, said the Democratic-held House “seems to have no sense of urgency” to approve the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement.
Trump tweeted Tuesday that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is “taking too long” to approve the deal. Along with Grassley, several other GOP senators took to the chamber’s floor Wednesday to push for the agreement’s passage.

Thanks cutworm!
Note the keyword in the title of the article..."Trumps":
Actions that would help the success of the Trump administration are less likely to be seen objectively as helping the American people and more likely to be seen as helping Trump.
Destroying Trump is much, much more important than the best interest of the American people. The top priority for the American people, in their view is to convince them to their way of thinking that Trump needs to be destroyed.

"They're a country that vigorously protects their own interests," the Vermont senator said in an interview with The Hill. "But what we have to say about China, in fairness to China and its leadership, is if I'm not mistaken, they have made more progress in addressing extreme poverty than any country in the history of civilization, okay? So they've done a lot of things for their people."
metmike: What the heck? is Sanders suffering SEVERE dementia?
The Chinese are some of the most oppressed people on the planet and they suffer extreme human rights violations that are completely unacceptable by any standards.

Or Biden's comments:
https://thehill.com/hilltv/442351-analyst-biden-china-comments-inexplicable-absolutely-incorrect
"He’s absolutely incorrect," Chang declared, adding "you know, one can argue that China doesn’t pose for instance a robust challenge to the US, we can argue that we will prevail. But to say as the vice president said that they’re no competition to the US is just inexplicable."
Chang's comments come after Biden mocked President Donald Trump's position on China at a campaign rally last week saying “China is going to eat our lunch? Come on, man...they can’t even figure out how to deal with the fact that they have this great division between the China Sea and the mountains in the east, I mean in the west.”
Biden continued "they can’t figure out how they’re going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system. I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks. But guess what, they’re not, they’re not competition for us.”
Chang also took issue with Biden's characterization of Chinese leaders saying "he also said Chinese leaders are good folks, we know those same Chinese leaders are committing crimes against humanity. Locking up 1.1, maybe 3 million Uighurs, in concentration camp-like facilities where a not insubstantial number of them are dying. I just don’t understand why he made that comment."

"Biden has been a fierce critic of Trump’s immigration policies." This is one issue that clearly Trump is trying to lead the way on and is being blocked by democrats, who oppose everything he does, partly because they want to just block his agenda.
