USDA data suggests that more than 1.4 billion bushels of #corn remained in the field as of December 1st, with much of it in the snow pack area of the northern Midwest.
U.S. #corn was 89% harvested as of Dec. 1, up from 84% a week earlier but behind the 5yr avg of 98%. The harvest was 82% complete on the same date in 2009. North Dakota keeps crawling along - 36% complete, up 6 pts on the week. Mich & Wisc both at 66%. #harvest19
