With the impeachment hoopala all but in the rear view mirror

Time to look ahead at coming events

At one time it looked like a 3 - way race for the Dems but as of today my money is on Bernie

Given we now have generations of voters who have been taught the virtues of socialism, and the hard core Dems, the never Trumpers, Trump may have a bit of explaining to do.

Trump is not a good teacher IMHO which puts him at a dis advantage. Trump is more the entertaineer IMHO if you watch his rallies. Barnum and Bailey style if you can think this way. A huskter looking for votes.

Many younger voters will see past this rally style and ask why so few have so much

Did the few work really hard, did they find a job was easy, did the jobs pay really high wages, or did they just kind of get born into wealth

Trump can argue some worked really hard and got rich

But does that cut it with the many who work really hard for a bit more than minimum wage

What about the house hold that earns 60,000 and has a hard time paying the bills

The MSM will find plenty of fodder to attack Trump and his thinking that the rich deserve to be rich ideas

How many voters will think the system is rigged and the rich will always be rich, the poor are at an unfair advantage due to a rigged system and unless they vote for Bernie??? nothing will change in their life

Does the voter want something better in their life and Bernie is that last hope for a better life

I am not saying Bernie will make a better life

I am asking if the "voter" thinks Bernie will make their life better. Employment at starvation wages is no bowl of roses

Trump said he would change their life and he won

Will Bernie tell the voter he will change their life and win

The pub and Dem base is almost 50/50. Nothing will change their vote

The undecided will decide this election

I think Bernie has the edge in the undecided as in every election it is the undecided that count the most

I know this forum will not agree with me, but expamd your horizon and listen to the undecided, younger generation. You and me are over the hill and irrelevant.

You might be surprised, how many are already decided

[Wow, did I get an earful at our Xmas gathering] Four old codgers vs a roomful of women and younger folks. And we don't even vote in your election but the sentiment was there]

Are there enough old white folks to vote for Trump???

Just look at a Trump rally and you will see the "forgotten "voters.
