here’s why we know this is likely bogus. This accusation has been out there since before the whistleblower scheme was conjured up to take out Trump with impeachment.

You can bet with 100% certainty that Adam Schiff investigated her claims to use against the president as part of his plan to take him down. He obviously chose not to use this.

He also chose not to use the results of a 2.5 year investigation.....the most comprehensive investigation into a president in historyin his impeachment.

If Mueller had found anything, it would have been used.

There is much more to this lady. I think I posted on her last year and will bring up the thread if it can be retrieved or provide more facts on the case.

It’s possible that they decided to make this separate and not include it in the impeachment to maximize the damage. ...especially the time.....which can be lengthened with the president under constant scrutiny of a smearing scandal with no let up as the election approaches.

With certainty, we will have more scandals.

They messed up the best one with the porn star by using a corrupt felon in prison right now as their spokesperson with hundreds of interviews. Now, when they bring it up,it makes them look even worse than trumps affair.

actually MM, Schiff has used and used and use the Mueller report in this fake impeachment. He has stated {or rather misstated} nearly daily that Trump colluded and continues to collude with Russia. Not only that he lies about the election attempted corruption coming from Ukraine nearly daily.

OK, I was wrong about him using the Mueller report because I have missed most of the hearings and didn't read about it.  Thanks for correcting me.

I just assumed that since Mueller's report showed he did not commit any of the crimes that he was being investigated for..............that using it would be more to Trumps benefit but obviously Schiff is doing his usual spinning to make it say something different.

This was the democrats response back in June. Almost impossible to believe they would not have pursued it if their investigation of the circumstances did not make them think this is bogus. No way they would give Trump the benefit of the doubt, so they must seriously doubt this lady.

Democrats’ reluctance to investigate E. Jean Carroll’s sexual assault allegation against Trump, explained

    https://www.vox.com/2019/7/3/18760117/e-jean-carroll-sexual-assault-allegation-donald-trump-house-democrats

“This is something the founders never envisioned; there’s not a mechanism here, outside impeachment,” a Democratic aide told Vox. While this viewpoint is getting more traction in the House, it’s far from a universal opinion among Democrats.

They haven’t held any hearings."

We should always take rape accusations seriously. Have them investigated to find out the truth. Women should hopefully have the courage to come forward immediately after the event, when the evidence is powerful and can be used against the predator.

But we have a problem with recent allegations of rape, decades after they occurred.

The Kavanaugh case was a big black eye for women of the me too movement, when the main accuser was caught in lies and her entire social media history showed she was a liberal activist and there was 0 authentic evidence from any sources to support her (false) allegations.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Me_Too_movement

The Me Too movement (or #MeToo movement), with a large variety of local and international related names, is a movement against sexual harassment and sexual assault

So now we have an eerily  similar situation. If Donald Trump was a nobody, then the motivation and suspicion for doing it would be much less. If this lady did not have a long history of liberal activism, then the motivation and suspicion would be less. If she did not just suddenly go public decades later, as she was releasing a book, the suspicions would be less.

But Donald Trump has been a chauvinist womanizer much of his life(and hated by so many) and  tens of millions will believe her just because its Donald Trump............without questioning the inconsistencies of her accusations or just looking at the facts.........the main ones that occurred so long ago that its just another she said, he said saga, where people believe what they want to believe.

Speaking of which. The DNA test they are asking for.  Next page for that:

Here is what is stated about the dress and DNA testing:

From you article"

"Advice columnist E. Jean Carroll's lawyers served notice to a Trump attorney Thursday for Trump to submit a sample March 2 in Washington for "analysis and comparison against unidentified male DNA present on the dress."

Carroll filed a defamation suit against Trump in November after the president denied her allegation. Her lawyer, Roberta Kaplan, then had the black wool coat-style dress tested. A lab report with the legal notice says DNA found on the sleeves was a mix of at least four contributors, at least one of them male.

Several other people were tested and eliminated as possible contributors to the mix, according to the lab report, which was obtained by The Associated Press. Their names are redacted."

metmike:

1. We know that B. Clinton was busted because of semen DNA on the dress of Monica Lewinski.  This sounds like a plan to make it look just like that to people, who will connect with it that way.

2. But the DNA of 3 of the people on the dress is of women and one male, so one  assumes that this is not semen DNA because women don't have semen.

3. So she happened to save a dress for 25 years, never washed it or did anything to tamper with the DNA and apparently with no semen DNA to use at some future date because the trauma of the event was too much for this assertive political activist.

4. But wait, people that are traumatized by events and want to forget them, DON"T SAVE things to remember them by. What they do is things like take very long showers and throw away the clothes that they were wearing because they feel dirty and don't want a memory of the event hanging in their closet.  This dress being saved for 25 years makes no sense.

5. Since this is not likely to be semen DNA...or blood/saliva DNA(4 separate people can't possibly all have that kind of DNA on the dress, including 3 women)  then it must be something like skin or hair DNA.

There is something known as "touch DNA" and it sounds like this is the type that might be on the dress. Maybe from skin cells but this is speculation.

http://ryanforensicdna.com/touchdna/

6. Touch DNA, if it belongs to 3 unidentified women and the man is Donald Trump would suggest that he was there. However,  with 0 evidence of a rape, he would not be convicted but it would look bad if his touch DNA was on this lady's dress. It is also very easy to get and put somebody else's touch DNA anywhere that you want if you have an object of theirs. In any other situation I would consider this framing to have low odds but these people will do anything to destroy their targets.

7. Dress-DNA-president-sex-semen =busted for lying.    For 99.9% of people those words bring to mind the Monica Lewinski dress with Bill Clinton's semen on it from the sex that he had and lied about.  The circumstances here are completely different but you can bet, based on the current narrative that those words and memory are exactly what they want people to connect this with.

With touch DNA, it would not be hard to frame the president. If they did this or claimed that he could not be completely ruled out as the man, who's DNA was on the dress, he would be cooked............even if completely innocent.

8. I will guess that them asking for his DNA means they expect to have a result that makes the president look guilty or, even more likely they think that he WILL NOT agree to the DNA test, which will make him look guilty to people that would believe Charles Manson before they would President Trump.

So if he refuses to submit a sample..............he will look guilty.

If he submits a sample and they frame him with touch DNA or they come back and say that he can't be ruled out(thats my strong guess right now because they intentionally have stated that "several people were already tested and ruled out" setting the stage for them to say Trump can't be ruled out...........and he's the only one because the others were ruled out).

9. If Trump IS the guy that did this............why in the heck are they testing several other people?

Are these people that she remembers from that exact day that would have had contact with her?

She can't even remember what year it was, so how could she remember the day those several other people might have put DNA on her dress. Makes 0 common sense.

So when people like me ask relevant facts and try to use them to piece together what happened or didn't happen based on pure facts(I dialed in the fact that this was a womanizer who is capable of doing this sort of thing vs such an accusation about Jimmy Carter-that nobody would believe).

Hey, maybe Donald Trump did something to this woman but when you come up with serious as a heart attack(or political livelihood) allegations of a crime 25 years after it happened with numerous strange, contradicting elements and zero evidence, any objective, critically thinking person is going to question you.

Trump fans have a new woman to hate: rape accuser E. Jean Carroll. And some of them are positively gleeful

Very ironic that the haters accuse the ones that they hate of doing what they do. The ones doing all the bogus investigations are trying to impeach somebody for doing what they do, while he did go overboard to try(but failed) to get an investigation into real corruption.

Regardless, to frame what Trump did as an impeachable offense with all the Schiff lies and plotting of the corrupt, whistle blower impeachment scheme is the saddest thing in the history of our country...........since the Civil War.

Because its rooted in corruption, hate, lies and partisan, divisive battles like no other battle in history.

And we are going to continue to be fed a steady diet of this stuff until election day in November.

Wishful thinking mcfarm and Tim.

As I showed earlier this week, the more extreme liberals are rapidly expanding their power and trump was a barely managed win because their candidate was...Lat time, disliked as much as trump.

This election will feature a person with the  main position of “we have to beat trump”.

Their unfavorable rating will be nothing like unlikeable and crooked Hillary’s.

Presidents are often re elected based on the economy and accomplishments. Not this time. No, not this time or it would be a landslide.

The dems will run on saving the planet from a completely fake climate crisis and using made up. Twilight zone green energy policies. Providing free stuff to buy votes from young and not rich people. Open borders and other things that are the exact opposite of what trump stands for.

They will use convincingsounding words and know that people don’t understand climate or realities and physical limitations of impossible made up green energy schemes that sound great but have a 0% chance of working.

Trump will be attacked as being corrupt because he was impeached. Almost nobody will know that this was a scheme, originally cooked up by Adam Schiff and a few corrupt “remove Trump” operatives, including the whistle blower BEFORE the complaint about the phone call was filed.

I see, based on your comments that they are still using the corrupted Mueller report investigation against him too.

The worst  corruption has taken place in the name of destroying trump .....by an extraordinarily wide margin. But because the majority of people will not know this and many of them will only hear the same messages from so many sources and assume that so many people could not possibly be so wrong.

Just too many enemies. Almost the entire poWerful MSM very much against him being elected. Their coverage really does matter. Worst of all, he is his worst enemy on likeability factor needed to bring people on the fence to his side.

Arrogant, mean, spiteful, vindictive and constantly saying things that are easy to verify as false or exaggerated.

The surprise last time came mostly because most didn’t appreciate/realize how disliked Clinton was by those on the fence.

A lot less people on the fence this time because most people have taken one side or the other, with extreme and defensive verocity. ...so less last minute surprise voters that won it for trump.

Remember too, that going into the last election perception of Clinton’s corruption cost her dearly. If Biden makes it, issues with  his corruption and loss of cerebral functions/age are a long shot hope for trump.

Outside of that the corrupt candidate this time, we will be sold on is Donald trump. He has told so many whoppers that they will have field day with that. Outside of Biden, the Democrat will be seen as honest, not telling lies and for all of them......NOT mean and NOT vindictive and MORE like able.....and on that ....they will be right and win the election.

mcfarm,

I was thinking about how crazy it was for Schiff to use the findings of the embarrassing Mueller report against President Trump.

Now that its been out for quite some time and one of the reports about how it was conducted came out shocking, last December, one would think that nobody would ever try to use it as evidence against Trump.

The most profound feature that stands out the most in the Mueller investigation is how the government can use corruption to target and investigate an innocent person. Even after they know with certainty that person is innocent..............they can go on and on and on to create crimes via their investigation in order to cover for their finding no crimes which the investigation was created to investigate.

And apparently, even after that person is found innocent(Trump)..........if they tried to defend themselves while being investigated for crimes that they know they did not commit, they were committing a crime(according to the absurd spin which Schiff must have been using).

Horowitz found 17 significant errors that could not be explained without applying corruption and incompetence.

Hopefully, Duram's report will tell us more details/ the origins of the corruption and incompetence.

MM agree with everything in you last post. However, If and this is a big if, Trump can become more inclusive in his rallys and speeches and start hammering on the theme that we are too polarized, to tribal, and sides can disagree and both could still be honorable Americans I think people would flock even more. As I stated in an post earlier there are reports the his rally in NJ had some 26% registered dems, if that happened and he suddenly had a softer approach he can when 45 states
