Corn and beans improved 1% as would be expected with the great rains.

Spring wheat dropped another 6%, so a drop of 12% in the last 2 weeks......mostly into the fair category, not p/vp.

U.S. #corn conditions rose 1pt on the week to 73% good/excellent, while #soybeans rose 1pt to 71%.

Spring #wheat unexpectedly took another plunge to 69% good/exc, and #sorghum dropped to 45%.

Winter wheat harvest 41% complete, even with avg, but less than trade expected.

73% of U.S. #corn is rated good or excellent as of Sunday, up 1 pt on the week.

Big jumps in the Eastern Belt, incl. Illinois, and in Colorado.

Those slightly offset declines in the Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Missouri.
