The eye of the storm passed over top of chester county,had no wind but heavy rain. The rain ended like somebody turned off a valve. The back end of the storm blew through,the sky lightened up and the winds were hawking. After an hour of high winds,the sky was deep blue with fresh cool air. Something to experience!!
