As far as we know, the current corona virus was named "Covid19" just this year. Hmmm

So he's supposed to have a mask on every minute of every day and if he is caught not wearing one at any time, it's supposed to be a scandal?
With regards to COVID 19 testing kits ordered in 2018, this is impossible. The 19 is for the year 2019.
There are numerous other coronavirus's that these test kits could have been used for but they were not for COVID-19, in the year 2019, which would have been impossible unless somebody did some time traveling this year, back to 2018 (-: so your source is totally making that up.
If there was a legit list of kits to test for a coronavirus that were ordered in 2018, they would NEVER be listed as COVID-19 test kits............so this data is intentionally fraudulent/fake.
You can't order a test for something, using a name that won't even exist for over another year. This is silly.

So, it could be interpreted that these were test kits that just happen to accidentally fit a new virus that did not exist in 2017 and 2018... and they were selling it by the millions?
I also remember a strange statement Dr Fauci made in 2017. He expressed his opinion that the US (and other countries) should prepare for a horrible pandemic. As Presidential Advisor, and as an expert in this field, he is supposed to warn us. What he should and could have said is "we don't know when it happens, but sooner or later, it will happen...it could be a year from now, it could be 20 years or 50 years from now, but we need to prepare for it now."
However, he didn't say that. He said (quoting from memory) " there will be a pandemic during Trump's presidency"
How could he make such a strong and specific statement?
