I have been following the CFTC report for decades and the report data is ALWAYS is for the COB of Tuesday of each week. This newest report states Monday December 21, 2020 on it. Why is the data for the COB of MONDAY Dec 21 and not TUESDAY Dec 22? Did I Miss a Bulletin??

The Commitments of Traders reports are released at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time. The Futures Only reports and Futures and Options Combined reports are usually released on Friday. The release usually includes data from the previous Tuesday. The following is a tentative schedule of releases through 2021. Federal holidays may delay release by one or two days.
