we have an inverted H&S in this fund over the last 6 months.

will we break up or down?

if we break out to the upside, it should give us a new high for the year.  

i had expected some gold stocks to go down just a little more before turning higher.   if CEF breaks to the upside, then gold stocks may not drop as much as i had thought.
