Hilarious stuff mcfarm!

I  wasn't aware of the Fauci emails until Wayne brought this up.

This is one person's opinion that agrees with you from a media source that also does on many issues.

I  think they often make some excellent points using PROOF  (like the Hunter Biden laptop that they were 100% correct on and got censored over).

Anyways' though this critique is harsh, there is much truth to it.

Fauci’s emails should put an end to the cult media built around him

Funny link,mcfarm

On a more serious note, the link below is interesting reading.

The idea that this virus came from that lab in Wuhan and was possibly created to be a bio-weapon, was already been discussed by virologists, and circulating around the internet in January 2020, provided you left the MSM universe.

I also remember, a few months later, Chinese scientist Dr. Li-Meng Yan saying the exactly the same. She had to leave China, to do so.

The link below now talks about the email story, and how it vindicated Dr Li-Meng

The link also mentions that she was first “discredited” by “scientists” outside China. This is what “they” usually do, when somebody gets too close to the truth. One must conclude that there are a lot of powerful people/entities who have it In their interest to protect the Wuhan lab and anybody involved in this work.

If this virus was indeed created as a “bioweapon”, as she said (and knowing that the military was involved in this project), I still hope and believe that, for the sake of all of us, this was an accidental release.

Now since the blame for the virus is officially shifted to the lab in Wuhan (it took them more than a year figure this out) and Dr Fauci’s emails stirring up a hornet’snest, some people, such as D Trump, and other “talking heads” are even recommending to sue the Wuhan lab, or the nation of China, for the damage they have caused.

I am not a lawyer, but I think this is NOT going to work.

At the beginning, Dr Fauci’s NIAID was doing “gain-of-function research on the corona virus (meaning, they tried to create a killer-virus). Their lab did so jointly with the lab in Wuhan.

In legal terms, this means they were partners.

In 2014, when the labs of the NIAID were prohibited from doing this kind of research, the NIAID gave their counterparts in Wuhan a 5-year contract (worth 3.7 mill) to continue their work.

At that point, the two entities were no longer “partners”. Now the Wuhan lab became a “subcontractor”, performing work for the NIAID .

Dr Fauci’s claim that he knew nothing about what was going on at Wuhan, is quite unbelievable. You don’t give big money to a subcontractor for a 5-year contract, and never check to see if they are doing what you paid them to do. I would assume that there were monthly, if not weekly “progress reports” involved.

I am not an attorney, but it seems to me, if this work had deadly results, you would not only sue the Wuhan lab (or the nation of China), but you would also find the entity that ordered Wuhan what to do as a guilty party… in this case, the NIAID ( or the USA)

Am I wrong?Criticism welcome
