met mike, i guess you are in the philly area. i have been watching this PBS show on the philly prosecutor, (whats his name, krasner?), who is trying to reform the bail system, who gets held in custody waiting for trial, etc.
so what is your take on this guy? has he accomplished anything worthwhile? has it affected the crime rate?
