Another week of U.S. #corn export inspections around 1 mmt with 490kt to #China. Both consistent with last few weeks. One cargo each of #wheat and #sorghum also went to China last week.

New-crop U.S. #corn sales last week were better than expected, but none of the sales were to #China

China canceled 119kt old-crop corn. China bought 121kt new-crop #soybeans and 129kt #wheat (switched from unknown).

Export sales for U.S. #corn have not been so good lately with weekly old+new crop volumes below average levels for the time of year. The big spikes earlier in 2021 were obviously #China, though they haven't done much recently.

Same is somewhat true for #soybeans. Those spikes are #China. Only one spike in the last several weeks. The sales to China were extreme one year ago at this time (green line).
