Since these are unprecedented times that often feature 2 sides that have strongly opposing views on some issues..........neither side wanting to concede the other one might have anything right(like the view of who won the election last year).

We are featuring 2 quotes from opposing sides about vaccine mandates this morning.

Tim: "But lets not quibble.  I would still think mandates were wrong even with a 75% survivability rate.  Of course, at that point,  I would begin to understand the oppositions arguments.   With the upper 90's?   I can't see them as anything but sheep."

metmike: "I’m willing to make just a tiny adjustment  to that right for this unique case by getting a couple of very low risk shots since the indisputably proven science shows that it will save millions of lives that I don’t have the right to sacrifice for my personal belief system."

That very cose to my position.  Where we differ is that I don't believe I have the right to make that choice for anyone else,  even my wife.   Fortunately, she agrees with the same precautions.

And the more people that make the WRONG choice, the more people that die in the US.

And the more people who make the wrong choice because the extremes in their political party tricked/convinced them that it's exercising a right/freedom(when it does the complete opposite) the more people die in the US.

The Constitution and mandates. Irony of losing freedom/rights by not getting vaccinated
