U.S. export inspections were a bit weaker versus expectations last week. Some 1.2 mmt #soybeans were inspected for #China as well as 210kt #corn. About 290kt soybeans were added to the previous week's total.

#China's ag imports are still largely up on the year (except #soybeans and #pork), but October volumes were not as impressive as in previous months.

Jan-Oct corn imports totaled 26.2 mmt (1.03 bln bu). #Wheat, #barley and #sorghum combine for another 26.2 mmt from Jan. thru Oct.

Mexico and Canada were the top buyers of U.S. #corn last week, and China bought 883kt #soybeans (incl. 461kt switched from unknown). Japan and Nigeria led in #wheat buying.
