Saddest of all,  we have people begging for this type of government intrusion.

Been using these chips for numerous years there with nothing but benefits to these people.

As you stated, these people are doing it voluntarily because they understand the technology and are not paranoid and this has ZERO to do with any intrusions into their lives or the government.
