nothing special. oil is just going back and forth from 100 to 110. maybe a little below 100 and maybe alittle above 110 but overall range bound.  Hoping it breaks 100 and shacks everyone before going above 110, but that is not for sure.

Just thinking out loud here.

Fed's hawkishness is going to be a headwind on the consumer.  Kind of like a tax.  Not just the interest rate hikes but the balance sheet runoff. 

Crushing demand will impact everything, even oil.  

But that opinion is worth what you paid for it.  :)

I think markets are pricing in the possiblity of  recession.

may drop one day, but oil still see-sawing slightly higher over the last couple months.  

and gas at the pump is still hitting new record highs.  

the wife and i are seeing the cost of our little summer trip going higher.
