Of course, that depends on your definition of "Democracy". Some of us don't think it includes allowing non-citizens or the dead to vote. Democrats demonstrably see that kind of thinking as an assault on democracy.
I'm sure they'll appeal this latest ruling and they've made it very clear about their feelings on non-citizens voting.
I wonder how they'd feel about the issue were these non-citizens predominatly conservative? Like we really need to ask that question <G>.
