Last evening I was sitting in my chair,around 9:30 I thought i would go long for two or three point and make $150.00. I placed my trade,was watching it,fell asleep without a trailing stop.At 3:00 A.M., my fire dept pager went off for a fire call, my position was down $1700.00. I closed the position,went on the fire call. When I got home,it was 4:30 A.M,the Europeein  market was starting to rally to the down side. Through the morning, I made 60 trades to make my money back,I ended up with a $520 profit. I looked at my commission fees,was about $320.00 which means I made about 60 trades to make the money back!! I have been awake since 3:00,I am hot and tired,still have one more job this evening. A mini heat wave here in Valley Forge, A.C calls coming in all day. I am going back on the WEED!

Lesson learned, Dont forget the trailing stop $$$$$$
