I think the pubs will take over the House and the Senate. However I think we are getting too excited. I think nothing will change other than keeping Biden from passing anything else. Any thing the House comes up with to help with the many problems (lack of oil,crime ,inflation etc) Biden will veto and unless they have a super majority to override it will go no where.  Then in 24 after nothing is better or worse Biden will blame the pubs for not passing his agenda. I really hope I am wrong,but I cant see Biden changing like Clinton did.
