Trump has a bad night.  Trump loses the house in 2018, the White House in 2020 and several of his candidates he backed in 2022.

DeSantis has a big night.  He wins by huge margins.  He also flipped 5 Dem seats in FL.

Trump has given DeSantis a nickname.  DeSanctimoneous.  The fight is on.

I am not predicting DeSantis to defeat Trump.  But I believe he is now the favorite.

Thanks joj!

Trump says he should 'get all the credit' if Republicans win big in the 2022 elections — and 'should not be blamed at all' if they lose

Trump warns DeSantis off 2024 White House run: ‘Could hurt himself very badly’

Trump, who dubbed the Florida governor “Ron DeSanctimonious” during a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, denied that the two Republican politicians are at odds, but still tried to lay down a marker for 2024.

“I don’t know if he is running. I think if he runs, he could hurt himself very badly. I really believe he could hurt himself badly,” Trump told Fox News Digital in a Monday interview published on Tuesday. “I think he would be making a mistake, I think the base would not like it — I don’t think it would be good for the party.”

“Any of that stuff is not good — you have other people that possibly will run, I guess. I don’t know if he runs. If he runs,

Trump then threatened to expose some dirt on his fellow Republican.

“I would tell you things about him that won’t be very flattering — I know more about him than anybody — other than, perhaps, his wife,” Trump said without elaborating.

The interview was recorded after Trump headlined an Ohio rally for Republican Senate candidate JD Vance, at which the former president teased a “big announcement” he will make next Tuesday in Florida.

“I’m going to be making a very big announcement on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at Mar-a-Lago, Florida,” Trump teased his supporters on the eve of Tuesday’s midterm elections. “We want nothing to detract from the importance of tomorrow.”

The announcement that he'll run will be music to the ears of democrats. They just took advantage of his fake election steal mantra,  very sadly adopted by some Rs as a battle cry/message......that has "stolen" the common sense/critical thinking away from republicans.

You can blame dozens of individual elections going blue last night that would have went red if Trump was never born.

Ever see the movie "It's Wonderful Life"?  My wife and I watch it every Christmas.

If we had the same movie, with Donald Trump's life inserted for George Bailey's, imagine that movie.

A Great Gift - It's a Wonderful Life (5/9) Movie CLIP (1946) HD

If Trump was never born, republicans would have strong control of both houses in Congress as well as the White House.

I have the best Trump nickname of all:

ANTI George Bailey (-:

Trump, in his post election analysis, actually blamed his wife for. Trump's decision to endorse losing candidate for PA senate "Dr" Oz.

The macho in your face "man's man" actually is hiding behind his wife's skirt.

George Bailey would never do such a thing.  ;-)
