If we'd been using electric cars powered by solar and wind since the beginning of cars, with their higher cost, less efficiency, less convenience than what we have now…..and fossil fuels/the combustion engine was just discovered, all science, energy, technology and politics/government would be going full steam ahead with converting to fossil fuels.

Fossil fuels greening up the planet with beneficial CO2 are superior to what they want us to convert to in almost every realm, including the energy from environmental hell......wind.

If we could put the climate in a time machine and set it back to BEFORE the Industrial Revolution, when the CO2 was 100+ parts per million less than now and 1 deg. C cooler........1 billion people would starve to death within around 3 years and only rich people could afford to eat as we rationed the extreme shortfall in crop production.

Take away the synthetic fertilizer made with fossil fuels (natural gas) and another 1.5-2 billion people would starve.

The cost for us to completely electrify the entire system with solar, wind and batteries(even if it wasn't a horrible, anti science, anti energy, anti human, anti environmental idea) is over 400 trillion.

Adding electric cars will increase the electricity demand by 40% to a system that can't come close to meeting the current demand without fossil fuels.
